On average most Americans consume about 1,000-2,000 added calories on Thanksgiving. So, to help you feel a little less guilty for feasting, Head Coach Cynthia Hill has created a six step Post-Thanksgiving workout routine to burn the excess weight.
Do this simple 30 min workout to get the blood flowing. You’ll burn off all the excess holiday food and look lean in no time. No more feeling bloated and regretful from glutinous, delightful eating. It's time to get back on track with the healthy daily routines and consistent momentum.
- Crack open a can of Acid Rain Water, and prep your muscles with vitamin B-12.
- Cardio: Start the workout with a walk or jog for 10 minutes to warm your body up.
- Squat Punch: This full-body workout builds your core strength and obliques, arms, booty, and legs. 30 seconds for 4-5 rounds.
- In & Out Squats with Jacks: The movement targets your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. 30 seconds for 4-5 rounds.
- Forward Lunge with Rotations: This is a great core exercise that builds up your glutes, hamstrings, and quads. 30 seconds for 4-5 rounds.
- Cool down by taking a short walk for 5 minutes to let your muscles relax.
Remember to always stretch out after a nice, hard workout. Straining your muscles with tight joints & ligaments can weaken your body over time. Always remember to rehydrate to replenish your body and fuel the day.
After completing these exercises, you should feel healthier and less guilty after celebrating Thanksgiving.
Keep it Clean,
The Acid Rain Water Team
