Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please Send Us a Message with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Just let us know. Contact us with your order number and we'll make it right.
A refund/return must be requested 30 days of the ship date. Certain items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns (ie. gift cards, gifts with purchase).
Please allow 6-12 business days for us to review your claim. Returns and refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis. Once we've approved your claim, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
