What is Vitamin B-12 & how much do I need daily?
Vitamin B-12 is a water-soluble vitamin that is vital for proper red blood cell formation, neurological function & DNA synthesis.
The most common type of Vitamin B-12 found in supplements is the synthetic form, cyanocobalamin. However, Acid Rain Water contains methylcobalamin, a naturally-occurring & more active form of Vitamin B-12 that can better support nerve health and cognitive function.
Most people are Vitamin B-12 insufficient. 2.4 micrograms is the recommended daily intake for average adults, but it is still considered safe in larger amounts since our bodies will only absorb what they need.
